The welded structural bent plate chain for engineering is designed and manufactured following ASME B29.16M Tooth Profile of Steel Welding Engineering Chains, Accessories and Sprockets and ISO 6972 Curved Plate Chain, Accessories and Sprockets for Welding Structural Engineering. There are a variety of accessories to choose from, and they can also be customized and developed according to user requirements.
Welded bent plate chain is a kind of steel bent plate chain. Two bent plates and sleeves (without rollers) are welded together to form bent plate links. The same bent plate links are connected into a whole chain, and the number of links in the entire chain can be even or odd.
Chain links are processed by advanced and efficient welding special equipment to ensure reliable welding quality; There are two kinds of products with different tensile strength indexes: WR series and WH series (only pins and sleeves are heat treated in the WR series, and all parts are heat treated in WH series).
